Title: eBay Radio and WordWideBrands – Marketing With Audio And Video
Time:  07/20/2009 09:00 PM EDT
Episode Notes: Leslie Cowie of WorldWideBrands.com has been using eBay Radio, webinars and video to market their business for 5 years. Their industry is Online Retailers and Wholesale Suppliers to Online Retailers. Learn how this company, headed by Rob Cowie of “The Blair Witch Project”, uses audio and video to help people understand how to succeed in their business. Some great tips we learned in this interview:

  1. You want to get eyeballs and credit cards.
  2. Focus first on creating content from the 20% of questions or issues that are asked or addressed 80% of the time.
  3. Then address the other 80% of issues via audio and/or text, and you can later turn those into videos as well.
  4. Use Social Media sites to post and promote your videos (and/or audios).  Post a new video on YouTube and Twitter to your followers that everyone needs to check out the newest video.  (This increased traffic by over 500% for http://www.WorldWideBrands.com!)
