Introduction To Self Talk

What we say to ourselves DOES matter.  Our brain doesn’t make a distinction between what is real and what is fantasy.  If we say it, our brain believes it and acts accordingly. In addition, our self talk reveals a lot about what we really believe about ourselves.  We are going to learn how to use self-talk to reveal the lies we have believed, how to reduce anxiety, better respond to criticism, and reduce the frequency and intensity of our coping mechanisms.
