Life Patterns are the systems we develop to interact with the world around us and the people in it. Over and over again, I see and hear the same thing – in myself and others.
“If I just try harder, THIS time I’ll be able to control myself.” This thought makes us CRAZIFIED, repeating this futile insanity cycle over and over again! That is because we mistake the symptoms for the sickness, trying to change our fleshly actions instead of uncovering what is prompting us to do it – namely a harmful lie that is slowly destroying us from the inside out.
“I can make myself stop drinking, eating, drugging, shopping, etc. if I just find a new strategy. I know I can cure myself by changing my behavior!” But it doesn’t work that way, and here is why.
