Life Patterns are the systems we develop to interact with the world around us and the people in it. The primary goal of the system is the immediate elimination of the stress that occurs whenever we encounter new situations. However, many Life Patterns we adopt are neither healthy nor realistic nor helpful for achieving long-term success in negotiating life’s continual stream of unexpected and uncomfortable events.
